As the time goes on you can find protocols and ordinances information here. As we find out more that has to do with the up-keep of the trails system. There is the Protocol for marking trails, Indemnification talking about laws that protect property owners as well as riders, and information about Easements.

Easement notes

>Mariposa County Unit 2 Lot 717-720 & Mariposa County Unit 3 Lot 1468-1472 - each side has a 30' easement=60' easement for the short stretch of trail.
>Tuolumne County Unit 3 - Lot 940: easement had been abandoned as of a 1988 Board of Supervisors vote.
